Matt Slavsky, LCSW

Matt Slavsky picDo you have trouble sleeping at night because you lay awake thinking? Do you worry too much? If you find yourself distracted with nervous thoughts, not doing things you'd like to do because of fear or uneasiness, or needing to recheck to make sure the doors are locked or the oven is off to a point where it's disturbing, I can help. I specialize in helping children and adults gain a sense of peace and confidence. I help people that struggle with anxiety, panic attacks, Tic/Tourette's, and relationship issues.

Making the choice to begin counseling can be hard. Clients tell me that I ease their comfort level and develop good rapport quickly. My clients see results rapidly. I will give you the tools that will help you gain control over your thoughts and feelings.

I am able to work with people in the environment they have the most anxiety if needed, whether it's in your home, a mall, or an airport. I invite you to contact me so we can talk about how you can start letting your anxious thoughts and feelings go.  WEEKEND HOURS AND IN-HOME COUNSELING AVAILABLE!
